The #1 question I get asked is, "How did you do it?" Well, the short answer is hard work, sweat and a whole lot of self control. The long answer is outlined in the proceeding blog. I started this blog as an outlet because I always need to be doing something creative and writing is my passion. I also want to keep myself accountable and on track. The second question I'm frequently asked is, "What motivated you to change?" That is the longest answer of them all. Basically, it was the sum of a lot of little things all boiling down to wanting a better life. I wanted to be happy.
And I finally am! While I've lost pounds, sizes and inches, I've gained so much more. It’s worth noting I am not a medical doctor, certified fitness trainer nor do I have any credentials that make me an expert on anything. This blog is to simply give you, dear reader, inspiration, a laugh or something to read while procrastinating at work. You’ll have to keep checking back to get my full story and progress!
